George Wagner, Erin Kiltz and Karen Crosby

Georgetown Legends featured in article from “Georgetown View”

The Georgetown View recognized three former Georgetown Legend award winners in the most recent edition. Their magazine is a free publication delivered to residents by mail a la Austin’s Community Impact.  The Georgetown View interviewed May 2011 Legend George Wagner, April 2013 Legend Erin Kiltz, and July 2013 Legend Karen Crosby, along with RecognizeGood. The group also met with the magazine’s photographer for a group photo.

It is so interesting to find so many big-hearted people in a community the size of Georgetown. This article affirms just what a giving community Georgetown is.  This is wonderful publicity for each of the Georgetown Legends themselves, for the nonprofit organizations they represent (Georgetown Partners in EducationBrookwood in Georgetown, and THE LOCKER, respectively), as well as for the RecognizeGood program as a whole and its goal to shine a light on the good in our communities to further inspire others to do good themselves.
