CERTIFICATION PROCESS
To become an Ethics in Business Alliance Certified Member:
- Complete the Certified Member Application
- Complete an interview with one of our Ethics Ambassadors
- Complete the Ethics Leadership Accelerator Training Series provided by one of our EIBA Ethics Ambassadors
- Pledge to promote the program’s goals of integrity, respect, and fairness in business
- Allow RecognizeGood to conduct a company background check to ensure alignment with the Ethics in Business Alliance core values
- Submit your membership fee: $1,800

Yearly Recertification Process:
- Complete the recertification application
- Complete the annual Ethics Roadmap Training
