ETS-Lindgren Volunteers With Hope Austin

ETS-Lindgren is recognized by clients all around the world as the leading supplier of energy management solutions for the industrial and commercial markets. Their team of 750 professionals design and manufacture the electromagnetic and acoustic energy components and systems that make many aspects of modern life possible.

ETS-Lindgren recently sent members of their team – which included employees traveling globally from India, the UK, and other overseas countries – to Hope Austin where they volunteered their time assembling care packages full of food and essentials for those in need in the Austin area. After their time there, VP of Global Human Resources, Melani Ivester, gleamed, “We had an amazing time at Hope Austin! Volunteering at the charity was especially meaningful because it offered our global team a chance to connect directly with a local organization and helped our international team see first-hand how we can support our local community. My favorite part was seeing how even small efforts – packing supplies, having conversation, and simply showing up – could make a real difference in someone’s day. There was a strong sense of teamwork and shared purpose that made the experience uplifting, and it reminded me how powerful community can be when we band together to support these charities.”
