For nearly 30 years, the Pflugerville Circle of Giving has been supporting children and families in the Pflugerville community- donating over $10,000 annually to the Ronald McDonald House of Charities of Central Texas

Founded in 1997 by a group of women looking to give back, the Pflugerville Circle of Friends started as a way to support children and families in their community-raising money for Dell’s Childrens Hospital by hosting events such as their infamous Galas, Brewfests and holiday parties. In 1999 alone, the group raised more than $57,000! For nearly three decades, this group has been committed to giving back to their community-raising funds year after year. In fact, one of their active members today has been a part of the group since the very beginning!

In 2016, the new members decided to become the charitable group known as Pflugerville Circle of Giving. The values of Pflugerville Circle of Giving remain the same as those of Pflugerville Circle of Friends- to raise charitable funds for use in Central Texas. Proceeds from all fundraising events are now donated to the Ronald McDonald Charities of Central Texas (RMHC). RMHC provides support to families who have a child with an illness-paying for hospital expenses, bereavement support, and care packages for sick children. RMHC also provides closely located lodging and meals for families to allow them to stay close to their child while they are receiving care in the hospital-creating a sense of community for these families during such a scary time.
