Steve & Tracey Brown
Steve and Tracey led the charge to build a special surface baseball field for Austin youth unable to participate in a “real” baseball league. Today the Round Rock Express Miracle Field hosts hundreds of players and “buddies”, making up 14 teams that play both a spring and fall season.
Steve Brown and his wife Tracey have been monumental in the development of the Miracle League here in Central Texas. The Miracle League is a baseball league for handicapped children and it requires a specialized playing surface. It allows children in wheelchairs and walkers as well as other physical and mental handicaps participate in their own baseball league.
