What are People Saying?
“We believe that running an ethical business is really not just an option, but it is foundational in growing a successful estate.”
– Afia Foods founder Farrah Moussallati Sibai.
“Some of us can give money to a special worthy cause to accomplish specific goals. Some of us can use our voice to encourage others, like we've seen today. Some of us can be there personally for our friends and neighbors in their time of need. Some of us can open our home, or use some portion of our business to help encourage others. But none of us should let ourselves be robbed of the joy of being personally involved in helping others - whatever means we have.”
- Texas Disposal Systems founder Bob Gregory
“Make no mistake, our work here is never done. It's not a once-a-year training just to check a box. It's a continuous journey for myself and my leadership team – we must lead by example.”
-PNC Bank regional president Steven Gonzalez
“At CIS, we know that success is not just about what we do, but it's most definitely about how we do it. It's about integrity, transparency, treating everyone with fairness and respect. Most of all it’s about love, and we use that word a lot – because love is what builds our relationships and informs our norms.”
- Communities in Schools of Central Texas CEO Sharon Vigil
