“Board Updates” from John Bosch, Co-founder and President, 2015: Issue 2

RecognizeGood continues to develop and interconnect its programs and partnerships into a mission and vision focused on connecting businesses with their communities via partnerships that invite and include their employees and their families. A bonded triangle of superior strength and protection from outside interests and market fluctuations.

As a nonprofit entity, RecognizeGood’s mission is to assist in creating superior business entities that connect with and support their nonprofit community partners. RecognizeGood is currently developing programs that will connect the Right Employees with the Right Employers. Connecting our Ethics in Business & Community Awards program with our new Ethics in Youth Education initiative has expanded the combined programs into a year-round message to the community.

Our Ethics in Youth Education programs have a primary focus on working with summer interns and entry-level business employees. Our initial programs will include five seminars, one two-hour online business ethics awareness seminar, and a very special resume.

The Right Employees, given the Right Purpose, will product the most effective and efficient products and services – usually with less supervision.

– John Bosch, Jr.

It is my personal hope that you will continue to follow our illumination of GOOD, created by our RecognizeGood Lifetime Legends along with our three 2015 Legends Gordon Perez, Bob Pursley and Mike Leary. Also, congratulations to our Ethics in Business & Community finalists and award recipients for their individual, business and nonprofit community brilliance of GOOD.
