Judith Craft has volunteered at the Zilker Botanical Garden for over 30 years and has donated thousands of volunteer hours during that time. As a volunteer, Judith has used her skills as a master gardener and knowledge of the Botanical Garden to write and give student tours, and train new staff and volunteers, while also maintaining the herb and children’s gardens making sure both are always ready for visitors. She even served on the boards of The Austin Herb Society and Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy.
Zilker Botanical Garden’s Education Director had so many amazing things to say about Judith, including, “Judith Craft represents the spirit of the garden. Her positive energy, vast knowledge, and jovial greetings fill the garden. Judith has volunteered as a docent, a horticulturist, a visitor greeter, and a board member. She is and has been our best volunteer.”
RecognizeGood along with friends, supporters, and volunteers gathered at Zilker Botanical Garden to tell Judith, “Thank You.” We presented Judith with a $1,000 pay-it-forward donation in her name to the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy.
Special thank you to the staff at Zilker Botanical Garden for hosting us, and everyone that came out to say “Thank You, Judith!”
