Toya Bell Joins RecognizeGood as Ethics in Business Alliance Program Director

We are SO very proud to welcome Toya Cirica Bell to the RecognizeGood team, as our Ethics in Business Alliance Program Director! Toya comes to us with a wealth of experience in not only teaching, but implementing qualities like respect, fairness and honesty into the fabric of organizations.

Toya’s expertise is benefiting our program through the incredible Leadership Austin Fellows program, led by the amazing Debbie Johnson and Christopher Kennedy.

RecognizeGood’s executive director Joel Coffman says, “In this role, Toya will help facilitate both proactive workshops and presentations to help businesses (for-profit or nonprofit) build ethics into their day-to-day in an intentional way, as well as help manage our free Ethics in Business Alliance membership through which anyone can receive regular resources, checklists, and insights from all around our community on building ethical businesses.
