RECOGNIZEGOOD THANK YOU NOTES

OUR GOAL: WE ILLUMINATE those around us doing good for good’s sake, and believe by making our gratitude public we have the chance to inspire others and pay good forward.

RecognizeGood’s Thank You Notes provide both physical and digital means for the illumination and sharing of everyday GOOD. Opportunities to show gratitude are endless, but by making a Thank You public at RecognizeGood.org we have the chance to inspire others.

Cynthia Lesky of Citizens’ Climate Lobby

Cynthia divides her time between Threshold Information, the company she founded, and volunteering for Citizens’ Climate Lobby, advocating for carbon pricing and other climate change solutions. I have been a volunteer for Citizens’ Climate Lobby about three years, and Cynthia has been my constant guide and supporter, keeping me informed and putting in a kind word to keep me “going.” I manage the Twitter feed @cclatx and you can find Cynthia on Twitter @CynthiaLesky. I am #grateful!

Deby Childress, Director, Bee Cave Arts Foundation

For ten years, Deby Childress has been at the helm of nonprofit Bee Cave Arts Foundation. In that time, it has grown in sophistication, with many exceptional art exhibitions and art education programs for children and adults offered year-round. The public art projects Deby has developed and installed make Bee Cave – located on the western edge of Austin – a delightful community in which to live and work. I have come to know Bee Cave Arts Foundation well, and I urge everyone to support it. How lucky the City of Bee Cave and Hill Country Galleria are to have Deby and The Hive!

Brenda Coleman-Beattie

TechSoup Connect Texas Chapter and Nonprofit Tech Club Austin thank Brenda Coleman-Beattie, CEO of 2Thrive4 for sharing her critically important work with us on December 6, 2021, “Making Nonprofits More Effective: The Role and Benefits of Sustained Collaboration Networks.” In these challenging times, the more nonprofits can help one another, the stronger the entire nonprofit sector will be. Thanks to Brenda, we ended 2021 in style! And to the philanthropic community, please support Brenda’s work. If you do, we would all be #grateful.

My Family

Something that i am grateful for is family. The reason why i am grateful family is because when i have to talk about something that is really important they is right there for me and they will listen to what i have to say.But some times it can’t just be right then and there .Like one time i was sad but not sad to the point where someone would notice and my mimi can up to me and she asked me what was wrong and i looked at her and was confused on what she was talking about and then she said why are you mad and i told her the story .
